Watch your step

One of the things David warned Andrew to be aware of was his own footsteps! When you’re shooting at the beach, it pays to be clear in your mind exactly where you want to shoot from, and to start wide and move closer, otherwise you run the risk of ruining the pristine sand – and your photograph – with your own footprints.
