Keep the cast

There was a strong, cool colour cast in the un­der­pass, but this added to the shot’s at­mos­phere, so Damien was anx­ious not to ‘cor­rect’ it by set­ting auto white bal­ance. He rec­om­mended set­ting Day­light white bal­ance, as it’s fairly neu­tral, and won’t try to cor­rect cool or warm casts (you can also use it to re­tain warm colours in sun­sets). Paulo was shoot­ing in RAW, so he could cor­rect it af­ter­wards, but get­ting it right in cam­era meant he could see how it might look straight away.
