Blur behind…

In the Toolbar, select the Graduated Filter. In the Graduated Filter panel, set Clarity and Sharpness to -100. Set the other sliders to 0. Click near the top of the frame and drag diagonally downwards to create a graduated blur. Drag the green and red control handles to fine-tune its position.
