Nigel says… The best way to check your exposures is to use the histogram view on the rear screen. Waterfalls almost always feature bright white highlights, so ideally you want the histogram to be as far to the right as possible, but without being cut off, or ‘clipped’, as this would result in blown highlights with no detail. If the histogram is cut off, decrease the exposure time to let in less light.
