Shoot in Manual

Set your camera to Manual mode and set your shutter speed to your camera’s maximum flash sync speed (usually around 1/200 to 1/250 sec). Take a few test shots to determine the correct aperture and ISO, altering the flash power if needed. Here we set 1/250 sec at f/4.5, ISO200.
