The Jack cer­tainly has the ca­pac­ity to ap­peal to pho­tog­ra­phers with a lot of kit. It can hold a cou­ple of Nikon D-SLR bod­ies and three or four de­cent­sized lenses in­side its spa­cious main com­part­ment, plus there’s a sep­a­rate pocket large enough for a 15-inch lap­top. Ex­tra front and side pock­ets give plenty of ac­ces­sory stor­age, and ev­ery­thing’s clad in su­per-soft Colom­bian leather. How­ever, the down­side of such a com­modi­ous ca­pac­ity is that this is the bulki­est bag of the bunch. Al­though not by much, it can still get awk­ward on crowded streets.

De­spite that, the Jack has some nice ad­di­tional fea­tures, like the doc­u­ment-friendly quick-ac­cess pouch on the back, which also has a zip open­ing at its base, al­low­ing the bag to slot over the han­dle of a rolling trol­ley case.

Here’s a shoul­der bag with enough load-lug­ging po­ten­tial to put some cam­era back­packs to shame
