We ran a series of tests using landscape, portrait and mono images to check print quality at all available settings

Landscape

Dramatic urban shots

as well as natural landscape images were used to test each printer’s ability to recreate vibrant yet natural-looking

results, with good detail.

Portrait

A collection of

portraits revealed

each printer’s ability to deliver appealing results for a range of

skin tones. ‘Portrait’ mode enhancements

were also checked for inkjet printers.

Mono

We looked for rich, faithful results for

black-and-white images, with detail in everything from bright highlights to dark shadows, and without any hint of colour casts.
