Joe says… When shoot­ing at night you’ll need to trans­port your gear, in­clud­ing your tri­pod. De­pend­ing on your lo­ca­tion it can get very cold out­side. It’s im­por­tant to stay warm, and in pho­tog­ra­phy, no ma­te­rial gets colder than metal, so make sure you grab the tri­pod leg by the rub­ber cover – it’ll keep your hands slightly warmer as you move around town.
