This rain cover from LensCoat is exceptionally well made, and is designed to enable you to continue shooting even if the heavens open. The Standard length is adaptable for most lenses up to 100-400mm (for longer lenses you’ll need the Pro version). It is made from tough neoprene and can be quickly fitted over your camera, with a drawstring to secure it. Once in place the two side sleeves enable you to continue taking pictures. An open back gives you access to the back of the camera and, most importantly, the viewfinder.

Available in a variety of colours and camo patterns, it does exactly what it’s meant to do. When the skies clear then it’s easy to remove, and can be stowed in its neat soft case until the next unexpected downpour.
