Sliders for subjects

Depending on which processing software you use, there are different ways of targeting a particular colour. In Photoshop and Lightroom, the sliders are sharp-cut, meaning each one sticks to a tight small range, and some common subjects and surfaces are likely to be affected by two of the sliders, not just one.
