Binnein Beag through Steall

I’d been scouting out various locations on the slopes above Steall Gorge in the Scottish Highlands when this rarely seen aspect of Binnein Beag came in to view. The light wasn’t quite right but, seeing as I planned to descend by the same route, I knew I’d have another chance to get it. On reaching the same spot hours later, a brief ray of light fell beautifully into the gorge and onto the snowcapped face of Binnein Beag.
