Make like a horse

Another of Kate’s top tips, when it comes to poses looking as natural as possible, is to get the bride and groom to make a horse noise with their lips the moment their smiles start to look forced. “This relaxes the muscles in the face and often relaxes the mood, too, as you feel pretty silly doing it!” explains Kate. “In fact, because I know how silly it makes people feel, I always do it myself first, so people know that I’m not asking them to do something I wouldn’t!”
