Satnav and Google Maps

The satnav in the campervan was one of my most-used bits of kit. It was updated, spoke to me while I was driving and always got me where I needed to be. It was even voice-activated, so I didn’t have to pull over to change the settings when the light changed without warning. It saved valuable minutes – crucial when chasing the light. Anything the in-built satnav couldn’t find (off-road waypoints usually), I covered with the Google Maps app on my smartphone.
