A polarizer is a must for landscape photography. Almost every other filter can be replicated in software later, but polarizers can’t. A quick twist and you can turn a bleached out sky into a deep blue, contrasting with punchy white clouds. Better yet, it can cut through reflections in water and even enhance the overall colour in a shot.
