Call us old-fashioned, but nothing beats a full-size Ordnance Survey (OS) map for planning your shooting locations and how to get to them – plus you get a free digital download code for use in the field on your smartphone. We also used the Photographer’s Ephemeris app to work out where the peaks and valleys were in relation to the sun during the day.
