ALITRAX

Alitrax flag-point lights have recently been installed at Manfeild Park. The lights are produced by Alitrax, founded by Andrew Turner, CMC competitor and committee member. There are now six New Zealand circuits with the system — Hampton Downs Motorsport Park, Pukekohe Park Raceway, Bruce McLaren Motorsport Park, Manfeild Park, Timaru International Motor Raceway, and Highlands Motorsport Park. After another successful Clipsal event, the team has just installed the Alitrax system into a fifth circuit in the US, Mr Toyoda’s private track, and, after the system was displayed at the PRI Trade Show in Las Vegas, there’s now serious interest from a further 20 racetracks around the globe.
