BOOK LAUNCH

One of the highlights of this year’s MotorEx was the launch of Chic Henry’s book, I Remember One Time …. For those who don’t know, Chic Henry started the Summernats back in 1988. However, I have known him since 1976. We collaborated on A History of the Summernats, which was published in 2009. Earlier this year, Chic gave me the manuscript to his autobiography, which he has now published. I have to say that it is one of the funniest books I’ve ever read; even if you aren’t into cars, some of the stories Chic remembers are super funny — well worth a read.
