The Ford F150 Raptor is the car of our childhood dreams — built tough enough to crush anything in its path and with enough power to make us want to try it. Now, the team at Shelby American has made the Raptor even more appealing, launching what it’s dubbed the ‘Baja Raptor’. As you’d expect with cars wearing the Shelby name, these have been upgraded in every aspect, and now produce 525hp and 610lb·ft of torque from the turbocharged V6. Other changes include some crazy suspension work, with remote reservoir shocks and 35-inch tyres, among other items. A number of exterior additions will let passersby know that this vehicle is packing more heat than the standard Raptor, although the interior remains relatively untouched. The asking price? A cool US$116K.
