TONY PERKINS — FORD GT40

There are few cooler looks for a GT40 than that of the original Gulf livery. The famous light blue and orange look good on just about any retro-racer-type vehicle, GT40s being no exception. Sadly, though, after a long build, Tony decided to put the car on the market, equal parts happy and sad to see it go, and the car was soon gone from his life for good. The worst was yet to come, though, as, just six months after selling it, he received the news from the purchaser that the car had been involved in a fire and completely destroyed. Since then, family has been the priority for Tony, and his love of cars has taken a back seat in life. However, we’re sure that he’ll be back at some stage, just with something with a few more seats.
