The centrepiece of the calendar for Japanese bikes, the Annual Vintage Japanese Motorcycle Club Rally will be held at Helensvale on the Gold Coast from the 17th to 19th May 2019. Organiser John McNair says, “We have chosen the magnificent Gold Coast Holiday Park as rally headquarters and also as the recommended accommodation for participants. The park is on Siganto Drive, Helensvale which is the southbound service road for the M1 motorway running between Brisbane and the Gold Coast. A bistro is available on-site in the park with other shops, service stations and a tavern a short distance away on Siganto Drive. Food, drinks and toilets will be available within the Outback Spectacular Complex throughout the day. The awards presentation dinner will also be held at Movieworld on Saturday night. Buses will be available to convey participants to and from the presentation dinner. The Saturday and Sunday rides are yet to receive final confirmation however these will provide some spectacular scenery and good riding.
