What’s so special about the North West?

It’s pristine and a genuine wilderness. A line drawn due south from the top of Cradle Mountain all the way to the coast only crosses one road.

What do you love about living here?

Diverse landscapes without crowds. I start my morning drive to work on the coast: at Squeaking Point. I drive through fertile farmland, past Mt Roland, drop through a steep river valley, through rainforest, up onto an alpine plateau, before finally arriving at Cradle Mountain. All in less than an hour and a half!
