When Karen Brown first heard that her Samford Chemmart Pharmacy and others would soon have to change as a result of the merge between the Chemmart and Terry White Chemists pharmacy groups, her immediate reaction was one of trepidation. However, in recognising the vast opportunities that would open up as a result of being part of the largest community pharmacy group, it didn’t take long for Karen and her business partners to embrace the change.
