EMBRACING CHANGE MORE OPPORTUNITY

-

When Karen Brown first heard that her Samford Chemmart Pharmacy and others would soon have to change as a result of the merge between the Chemmart and Terry White Chemists pharmacy groups, her immediate reaction was one of trepidation. However, in recognising the vast opportunities that would open up as a result of being part of the largest community pharmacy group, it didn’t take long for Karen and her business partners to embrace the change.

“I looked into going independent and was approached by multiple brands to switch at the time of the merger announcement but my business partners and I voted for TerryWhite Chemmart because we felt over the next five years it would be the most innovative in the industry,” said Karen Brown. “The main thing is power with suppliers, power with industry and exposure to so many more opportunities.”

“I see your brand as the trunk of your pharmacy tree,” added Karen. “I honestly believe that TerryWhite Chemmart has the strongest and most innovative trunk in the business. It excites me that our health team is led by pharmacy owners and really switched on Pharmacists and then we have some of the best people in the industry leading our operations and merchandise teams.”

“And to have a three-day event like Masterclass which is clinical and practical is absolutely priceless.”

TerryWhite Chemmart Samford in Queensland is OPEN.
