EBOS opens new centre

-

EBOS CEO John Cullity had a very busy day last Fri, formally opening the company’s new $15 million distribu on centre in Western Sydney after also announcing the 100% acquisi on of Terry White Group Limited (PD Fri).

The opening of the new facility at Pumulwuy also featured NSW Health Minister Brad Hazzard, who helped Cullity cut the ceremonial ribbon to inaugurate the centre.

“This incredible new facility for EBOS is testament to the foward thinking culture of EBOS in the healthcare market in Australia,” Hazzard said.

The $15m centre will operate as part of EBOS’ Healthcare Logis cs business, and will target growth in the pre‐wholesale market, according to Cullity.

“The landscape of Australia’s healthcare supply chain is constantly evolving and as dedicated healthcare experts, we believe we are well suited to service this market,” he said.

The distribu on centre features storage for up to 30,000 pallets in a temperature‐controlled environment, along with a large cold room and specially designed areas for controlled drugs and dangerous goods.

It becomes the largest facility operated by EBOS Group across Australia and New Zealand, and will ini ally operate at about 60% of full capacity as the company plans to capture more market share.
