One of my lenses is fogged inside, how do I clean it?

Richard Wakeley, Edinburgh

BRIAN says… If you have condensation inside the lens then I would put the lens in a plastic bag with some silica gel and keep it warm for a day or so. The silica gel will draw out the moisture and clear the fogging. Fogging usually occurs when you move the camera from warm to cold or cold to warm environments.
