Adjustment brushes

it’s possible to edit your images completely in adobe Camera raw. To adjust a specific area of a photo (the face or eyes, for example) select the adjustment Brush tool from the toolbar, choose to adjust the exposure or brightness, specify brush options, then paint with the adjustment Brush tool over the chosen area.
