Telephoto lens
A term generally used to describe any long-focus lens (on full-frame DSLRS, a lens with a focal length of 85mm upwards). However, telephoto technically refers to a long-focus lens in which the physical length of the lens is shorter than its focal length, a design feat achieved by its cunning internal lens assembly.
