Exposure Blending Vs hdr
exposure blending is similar to Hdr photography in that, with both, the aim is to reveal detail at the tonal extremes, especially in scenes that are too contrasty to capture in a single frame. However, Hdr is slightly easier as it can be done automatically with either photoshop cc or dedicated Hdr software. The manual nature of exposure blending means it will take longer, but the advantage it has over Hdr is that you get to choose exactly which parts to use from your set of photos. Hdr can be very effective, but there’s a danger that the image can end up looking a bit overcooked.
