Colour FRINGING
Lateral chromatic aberrations can create coloured lines near the corners of the frame
Colour fringing is usually most noticeable towards the edges and corners of the image frame, around high-contrast transitions in subject matter, like dark branches and leaves of a tree silhouetted against a bright sky. All of the lenses in this test group perform well in keeping colour fringing to a minimum. In most cases, you won’t notice any fringing at all.
