GAME OF THE MONTH Nex Machina E3 HIGHLIGHT Foul-mouthed monkey Knox

This is my favourite time of year, better even than Christmas. It’s the moment games publishers, like a bunch of sweaty corporate Santas baking under the Californian sun, share their hottest games. I am, of course, talking about E3, the annual videogame jamboree out in Los Angeles. This year Ben scurried off to see the best and newest games coming to PlayStation.

Highlights include an interview with Spider-Man developer Insomniac, hands-on time with Star Wars Battlefront II, Destiny 2, and Call Of Duty: WWII, plus gameplay details of God Of War, Detroit: Become Human, and Wolfenstein II: The New Colossus. But what was the showstopper? The news of a Shadow Of The Colossus 4K remake? Sony revealing its mobile PlayLink app? Nope. It was a monkey called Knox and the return of Beyond Good & Evil. Whoop!
