We’d already had the chance to try Shadow Of War’s larger-scale military encounters, but at E3 we got the opportunity to try a side-quest, to explore the game’s open-world potential. And you know what? They’re good. We only tried one – the perils of playing something everyone else is keen to have a go at – but if more of them are up to the creepy, loreexpanding walk in the woods we took, we could be looking at The Witcher 3 levels of good.
