The biggest surprise in Sony’s presentation by far – for the first few seconds we couldn’t quite believe a remake of one of our favourite PS2 games was on the cards. And whereas the PS3 version was a remaster, this is indeed a complete remake; Sony Worldwide Studios president Shuhei Yoshida confirmed in an interview with Japanese mag Famitsu that the giant-slaying story would remain the same but all the assets are totally new.
