Criterion’s classic gets remastered

-

EA’s Burnout Paradise was the game that defined the PS3 console era for many racing fans and arcade lovers alike. This month, on 16 March, EA releases Burnout Paradise Remastered, a sweet 4K rekindled love letter to Criterion’s crowning glory.

“What we created ten years ago, we feel is still fun and unique to this day in the gaming industry,” says Matt Webster, general manager at Criterion Games. “With the release of this remaster, we’re able to share this action-packed ride with a whole new generation of players.”

Burnout Paradise is an openworld arcade racer set in the California-inspired Paradise City. Mixing street racing, epic stunts, and the series’ trademark car destruction, this is a racer like no other – now coming to PS4 with improved textures, a solid 60fps and all the DLC. Unmissable.
