Aerodynamics and cooling are the primary aims of this interesting design from upmarket German firm Casco. Its streamlined shape is based on their existing Speedairo helmet, though it does without that model’s double shell design and progressive fit mechanism. Wind-cheating is at its heart, with the optional Speedmask visor shielding against both wind and sun rays. The Speedster is available in six colourways and two sizes to fit heads from 54-63cm. With visor, it weighs 331g (medium). It’s also available without a visor for £99.99.
