THE MENUS

The IQ3 Series backs have a simple, easy-tonavigate menu system. Extensive integration with the XF allows for the camera’s control panel to be replicated here too.

Image review options include a histogram, guide grids and highlight warning (which can be set to a desired level).

Comparison images – with 100 percent magnification insets – taken (from left) with the 50 megapixels Canon EOS 5Ds, 50 megapixels Phase One IQ3 50 and the Phase One IQ3 100. The extra detailing and dynamic range of the image captured with the 100 megapixels sensor is quite noticeable.
