Director Tom McGrath Seven-year-old Tim Templeton is surprised one day when a most unusual baby, wearing a business suit and carrying a briefcase, arrives at the Templeton home by taxi and his parents proudly introduce him as Tim’s little brother, Theodore. The sibling rivalry between the two boys is reluctantly cast aside when Tim discovers that Theodore (aka The Boss Baby), who can talk like an adult, is actually a spy on a secret undercover mission – and only Tim can help.
