Adelaide

Dan Churchill, the man known as the “healthy cook”, doesn’t need a lot of convincing to indulge in this region’s capital food and wine.

“Adelaide is such an amazing city. It sits on an underrated coastline and its relaxed vibe and epic artistic scene are just a couple of reasons it’s been declared one of the world’s most livable cities.

As a chef, I simply can’t go past the amazing food and wine the place is producing. I’ve had many a red from the local wine regions with my old man – Penfolds is a regular in the Churchill household. These special moments with my dad helped spark my interest in pairing wine with food.

Adelaide and its surrounds are very special to me. Every time I visit, I can’t wait to walk down Gouger Street to enjoy the phenomenal food and bar scene that’s on offer.”
