“Ade­laide is such an amaz­ing city. It sits on an un­der­rated coast­line and its re­laxed vibe and epic artis­tic scene are just a cou­ple of rea­sons it’s been de­clared one of the world’s most liv­able cities.

As a chef, I sim­ply can’t go past the amaz­ing food and wine the place is pro­duc­ing. I’ve had many a red from the lo­cal wine re­gions with my old man – Pen­folds is a reg­u­lar in the Churchill house­hold. Th­ese spe­cial mo­ments with my dad helped spark my in­ter­est in pair­ing wine with food.

Ade­laide and its sur­rounds are very spe­cial to me. Ev­ery time I visit, I can’t wait to walk down Gouger Street to en­joy the phe­nom­e­nal food and bar scene that’s on of­fer.”
