Jane Lu is the founder and CEO of Showpo, an Australian online fashion store for women. Her business has almost three million followers on social media. Michelle Duval is the CEO and founder of Fingerprin­t for Success, an online platform designed to help entreprene­urs and business owners identify their talents, illuminate their business blind spots and inspire their team. Josh Blanksby is the CEO of the Melbourne Racing Club and oversees its strategic property and developmen­t plans. He previously served as executive director of racing and corporate affairs at the club, which has 15,000 members.
