Chef Wayne Leeson’s seasonal fare is both inventive (beef tartare with sesame, bonito and daikon) and comforting (lamb rack with parsnip, shallot and salsa verde). Combine that with savvy service and views overlooking lime groves and vines and it’s no surprise The Currant Shed is now a hatted establishment.
