What a Treat

With a little more time on my hands than usual, I have been able to catch up on my reading. ‘I Am Chocolate ...’ (Food on Your Plate, May) was just what a chocoholic like myself needed to read. I can now enjoy it without guilt as it is giving my brain a boost.
