TOO MUCH HYGIENE CAN MAKE US SICK
Today, we are good at combating the bacteria that make us sick, but the high hygiene standards have excluded many harmless bacteria from our lives, which is probably part of the reason why there are more severely allergic people today. Allergy is the result of the immune system reacting to harmless substances, and so, kids must be exposed to the harmless micro-organisms to develop healthy immune systems.
