WITHSTANDS BOTH FIRE AND WATER

-

Although the building is made from wood, it meets all requirements to fire safety. The wood elements have been covered with plywood mixed with fibreglass, which would take 1-2 hours to burn.

Wood is not the only construction material in the 53-m-high building. The foundations are of concrete, and the roof is made from steel beams and metal sheets covered by rubber membranes, which protect the wood against rain.
