Thunderstorms a million times worse than Earth's
On the HAT-P-11 b exoplanet, you could experience thunderstorms that are millions of times more powerful than those on Earth, according to a theory from scientists who have studied the planet. In 2009, telescopes picked up a weak radio signal from the planet, but in 2010, it was gone. Scientists have calculated that the signal could be from lightning bolts of an intense thunderstorm.
