No you can't get next week’s Lotto numbers
Scientists want to develop a quantum Internet, in which entangled particles send unhackable data. But although the particles can also send data back and forth in time, next week’s Lotto numbers cannot be sent to the present via a quantum channel. This is due to the indeerminate character of quantum mechanics – that a particle’s position and motion cannot be known at the same time: a measurement in the present changes and scrambles the information.
