CUBES MEASURE HEAT
The cubes have a germanium thermistor, whose electric charge changes with temperature, making the material a very sensitive thermometer, that can register small changes revealing the decay which scientists are looking for. The thermistors are connected with the central computer and send data 100 times per second.
