Land surveyor Eric finds himself trapped in a trippy nightmare after venturing too deep into the woods, which is terrifying for him… but kind of boring for sober viewers sitting at home. And since Corin Hardy’s creature feature The Hallow explored similar themes (with better monsters!), there isn’t much to recommend here.
