All the best writers and artists will be heading to the fifth annual London Super Comic Con
Leeds’ Thought Bubble may be the hot ticket on the UK comic con scene, but capital- dwellers shouldn’t feel left out. London Super Comic Con brings a top- drawer selection of comics creators together for two days of four- colour fun. Guests this year include the likes of Jill Thompson ( Sandman), David Lloyd ( V For Vendetta, Aces Weekly), Mark Buckingham ( Fables) and Frank Cho ( Hulk). The artists’ alley is a great way to meet and buy from your favourites and there will be plenty of cosplay fun and exhibitors including 2000 AD and Avatar Press.
Tickets are on sale now and start at £ 18.50 for individual days, with weekend tickets also available. If you’re feeling flush you can buy the “Comic Creator Event” package for £ 150, which guarantees you fast- track entry and the opportunity to hang out with creators. Discounts are available on standard tickets and children aged four and under get in for free.
