Amazons primed

There’s more than a hint of Thor in the look of the Amazons’ armour in this shot from 2017’ s Wonder Woman solo movie. With Gal Gadot are Diana’s mum, Queen Hippolyta ( Connie Nielsen), plus her aunts Menalippe ( Lisa Loven Kongsli) and General Antiope ( Robin Wright). It looks suitably different to the dour Dawn Of Justice and we can’t wait for it to arrive.
