Want more Starship Troopers? Of course you do! the movie was followed by 2004’s Starship Troopers 2: Hero Of The Federation

and 2008’s Starship Troopers 3: Marauder, both of which feature some of the cast and crew reprising their roles. ed Neumeier wrote both instalments, with the first being directed by special effects lead Phil tippett and Neumeier himself handling the second one. the budgets are tiny, but they have their charm. Most recently there was 2017’s animated sequel Starship Troopers: Traitor

Of Mars. Oh, and of course James Cameron’s Aliens is heavily inspired by Robert Heinlein’s 1959 novel too...
