Beverly, Massachusetts. Tremblay has won multiple awards. His first horror novel, A Head Full Of Ghosts, won the Bram Stoker Award for Novel, Disappearance At Devil’s Rock won the British Fantasy Award for best horror novel, and Cabin At The End Of The World also won the Stoker for a novel, while his collection Growing Things won another Stoker in the Short Fiction Collection category.
Random Fact Tremblay has no uvula – he had it removed in his twenties to help with sleep apnea. For a joke, he told people he’d been allowed to keep the uvula, put a piece of gum in a vial, and raffled it off.
