Disaronno wears Versace

And what a glorious convergence of the high life she enjoyed; designer style, sweetened by Disaronno. Those who think amaretto has few food pairings, think again. The event peaked with a sublime dinner in the Imperial Suite, where Disaronno was infused into three courses. It was mixed with juice, lime and fig jam to accompany a creamy gnocchi entrée, used to lock in the flavour of seared barramundi fillets in the main course, and mixed into a divine cinnamon and Tia Maria cocktail to serve with a dessert of Disaronno Mascarpone, rhubarb, apple and date. Versatile indeed. The extravagant Palazzo Versace wears the brand’s iconic Medusa motif everywhere; from luxurious in-bathroom soap and amenities to powder-soft linens and incredible interior design that span wall to wall.
